Common Questions

About how the POS system works in your restaurant

Yes. The TableTime waiter app stores the menu and active orders locally. Waiters can take orders and send them to the kitchen even if Wi-Fi drops. The moment connectivity returns, everything syncs automatically. No data is lost.

Under 500 milliseconds on a normal network. The system uses SignalR WebSocket for real-time push — the KDS does not poll or refresh. Orders appear instantly with an audio alert so the kitchen team never misses one.

Absolutely. The cloud dashboard is accessible from any browser — phone, tablet, or laptop. Owners of multi-branch restaurants can see each branch's sales side by side in real time.

Yes — the system scales from a single-counter cafe to a multi-branch restaurant chain. A small cafe might only need the billing terminal and mobile app. A large restaurant adds the KDS, waiter app, and cloud dashboard. You pay for what you use.

Yes. The billing terminal generates FBR-compliant receipts with QR codes for Pakistan, and ZATCA Phase 2 clearance API invoices for Saudi Arabia. Both are built into the same system — no third-party plugin needed.
