Create & edit tables, floors & sections

Define your floor plan: create tables with names, assign them to floors/sections, and customise size, row and colour in the table layout. The layout syncs to the cloud so every device shows the same plan.

Open a table & add an order

  1. On the Tables screen, tap a free table (picker-first flow).
  2. Add items (and modifiers) to the table’s order.
  3. Send the order to the kitchen (KOT) — the table shows as occupied with a running timer.
  4. Add more rounds as the guests order.

Transfer a table

Transfer moves an entire order from one table to another (e.g. guests change seats). The source table becomes free; the destination shows the order.

  1. Open the occupied table.
  2. Choose Transfer.
  3. Select the destination table.
  4. Confirm — the order moves and the old table is freed.

Merge tables

Merge combines the orders of two (or more) tables into one bill — used when separate tables join together. Consolidation keys on price and choices so identical lines combine correctly and money stays accurate.

Transfer vs Merge: Transfer moves one order to a different empty table. Merge combines multiple tables’ orders into a single bill.

Split bill & move order

Split divides one table’s bill (by item or amount) so guests pay separately. Move order shifts specific items between tables. Both keep stock and totals correct.

Close & bill a table

When guests are ready, request the bill, take payment on the POS and close the table — it returns to free. Occupied tables can be tapped to view order details. Table operations (merge/transfer) may be gated by a per-company setting.
